Software Inventory Reports

Software Inventory reports are reusable saved reports built from endpoint software inventory.

Open Reporting > Software inventory.

Creating Reports

Users with report management permission can create reports from:

• tenants
• folders
• groups
• individual endpoints

Reports can be organized into folders in the sidebar.

Report Detail

The report detail page shows:

• configured target count
• total software rows
• unique publishers
• affected endpoints
• searchable and filterable software rows
• generated exports

The software table supports filtering by software, version, publisher, architecture, and support status.

Exports

Use the report actions menu to create PDF or XLSX exports. Exports appear on the Exports tab when they are ready to download.

Use exports for review meetings, audits, or offline inventory analysis.
