Files

The Files page stores managed files that can be reused by jobs, scripts, package workflows, and endpoint actions.

Open Library > Files to browse folders and uploaded files.

Browsing Files

The page shows folders and files in a table.

Use:

• search, to find files or folders by name and related metadata
• Flatten, to search across all folders in one file list
• folder navigation, to browse organized file collections
• Download, to download a stored file

Opening a file shows its detail page, including the stored name, source, file information, and available actions.

Uploading Files

Users with file creation permission can upload files from the folder actions menu.

Uploaded files can be placed at the root or inside a folder. Keep names descriptive because the same file list is used by other workflow editors.

Deleting Files

Users with file deletion permission can delete files from the table or file detail page.

Before deleting a file, check whether jobs, scripts, packages, OS image workflows, or other workflows still depend on it.
