Endpoint Users ​

Endpoint Users shows user accounts and user observations reported by managed endpoints.

Open Inventory > Endpoint Users.

Use this page to find endpoints related to a user, review observed login information, and support endpoint ownership investigations.

Table ​

The table shows:

  • username
  • email address, when known
  • endpoint display name or hostname
  • last seen timestamp

Use the search field to find users, email addresses, or endpoints. Search is useful when an operator knows a user name but not the endpoint where that user last appeared.

The table is paginated. Change the page size when reviewing many observations.

Editing Email Addresses ​

Users with endpoint update permission can edit the email address stored for an endpoint user observation.

Use this when the endpoint reports a local account name but Ordyn needs a useful email address for ownership, search, or support workflows.

Editing the email on this page does not create an Ordyn sign-in account. It updates the endpoint-user observation shown in inventory and related endpoint views.

Endpoint user information also appears in endpoint search and endpoint detail pages where available.
