Package Discovery Report

The Package Discovery report summarizes package discovery activity across software products.

Open Reporting > Package discovery.

What The Page Shows

The page shows summary cards and grouped tables for the selected time range:

• total scans
• imported packages
• updates found
• scans with no update
• failed scans
• active scans
• products needing attention

Use the time range buttons to switch between the last 24 hours, 7 days, and 30 days.

Working With Results

Rows link back to the related software product discovery page where you can inspect the product configuration, scan history, and discovery outcome.

Use this report when package discovery scans fail, imported package counts look unexpected, or products are not receiving updates.

Report Sections

The report includes:

• Recent updates, for scans that found updates or imported packages.
• Recent failures, for failed scans in the selected window.
• Active scans, for discovery work that is still running.
• Products needing attention, for products whose latest scan status needs review.

Scan tables show:

• status
• product
• target
• discovered or latest known version
• result summary
• created timestamp

Product links open the product's package discovery tab.

Time Range

Use the range buttons to switch between:

• last 24 hours
• last 7 days
• last 30 days

Use Refresh to reload the selected reporting window.
